All returns must be pre-approved by Coway USA Customer Service.
Before shipping back your return, call Coway USA Customer Service first.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the order is placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please also
include the receipt or proof of purchase.

After contacting our customer service, please send an email with the picture of your item to the
email address we will provide you.
After confirming the return request, we will issue and send a pre-paid return shipping label to
your email.
