All returns must be pre-approved by Coway USA Customer Service.
Before shipping back your return, call Coway USA Customer Service first.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the order is placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
(the cost of shipping for initial delivery will be deducted from your refund)

Defective product

After contacting our customer service, please send an email with the picture of your item to the email address we will provide you.
After confirming the return request, we will issue and send a pre-paid return shipping label to your email.
Once your return is received, your full refund will be processed within 10 business days.
