Purchase (service requires membership enrollment)

1. Filter Change Service

Never changed filter after purchase? No problem. We will change the old filters that have passed change timing.

Rental/Membership Policy

Rental Policy
  • Contract period: 3 years
  • Rental fee may vary according to down payment- no refund on down payment
  • Copy of government issued ID and automatic payment are required

*Acceptable source of ID: Government issued, Passport, Driver’s License (Incorporation or governmental office: Form SS-4 is acceptable)

Rental Billing
  • Billing cycle starts from 1st to the end of the month; due date 20th
  • Billing will be prorated
Late Fee
  • Late fee $5
  • Returned check penalty will be $25 per check
  • Three missed payments will result in temporary cancellation notice
  • Contract will be temporarily cancelled if failed to pay missed payments
  • The Heart service will be stopped within temporary cancellation period & the missed payments and the loss of rented products will be charged 
  • After final notice, the account will be transferred to a collection agency
Discount on Advance Payment
  • 10% discount on 1- year advance payment (advanced payment= first month + 12 months) 
  • Advanced payment requires no missed payment(s)
Automatic Payment Requirements
  • Contractor’s void check or credit card are acceptable
Automatic Payments Details
  • $1 discount on Automatic Payment
  • You can choose the option of 10th/15th of the month
  • Returned item penalty: $10 per statement
  • The statement will not sent to customer on automatic payment
  • Sum total of payment will be charged to whom uses more than one product  
Penalty
  • Penalty will be charged if contract is cancelled within 3 years 
  • Penalty Calculation
    • Penalty= (daily rental fee x number of days left on contract) x 50%
      • Daily rental fee= monthly rental fee / 30 days
      • Number of days left on contract= 365 days x 3 years - number of days up to the date a customer used the product(s)
      • number of days up to the date a customer used the product(s)= a day before the date of the next service visit
  • ​​​​Other considerations
    • No discount or exempt will be applied except if the penalty is caused by company's miscalculation / fault  
    • The same rental fee will be applied to whom move to other states (but service term will be changed based on the region you move to)
Transfer Ownership

No transfer ownership (customers who rented before Jan 1, 2015, please contact customer service)

Subject of Transfer Ownership Application (only those who rented before Jan 1, 2015) 
  • All rental customers who rented before December 2009 
  • All rental customers who rented before December 2009 with "agreement on transfer ownership" (SWV-05AM customers & who did not complete ""agreement on transfer ownership" will maintain rental status)
  • After transfer ownership, the contract status will turn into "sale" and the contract will be automatically expired
  • No transfer ownership with unpaid balance
  • No further Heart Service will be available after transfer ownership.

 

New Product Discount

What is New Product Discount?
-This applies when you return your old product for a new rental/purchase

  • For whose transfer ownership is up or who already obtained ownership only (rental customers only)
  • It will be effective in the month of contract expiration
  • Only products in the same category are applicable to New Product Discounts.
  • The old product must be retuned.
